Meet the Purple Orchid—a beginner-friendly Phalaenopsis orchid with vivid purple blooms edged in white. Phalaenopsis orchids typically bloom about once a year for up to three months. Upon delivery, you may notice a few buds on your orchid; these blooms will open quicker in a warm indoor setting. Watering Requirements

Water every 1-2 weeks, allowing potting mix to dry out between waterings. If dropped into a decorative, cache planter, pour out excess water 5-10 minutes after watering. Expect to water more often in brighter light and less often in lower light.
